The articles, guides, service descriptions, and tool answers on this site are general information about pool care in Arizona. They aren't a substitute for an on-site inspection of your pool by a qualified technician, and they don't create a service relationship with us. Pool chemicals and equipment can be hazardous — follow product labels and manufacturer instructions, and for anything urgent or safety-related, call a professional.

Estimates and quotes

Any estimate you receive through this site, including the Instant Estimate tool, is preliminary and provided for informational purposes only. Final pricing may vary based on your pool's size, condition, equipment, service requirements, and property access, and is confirmed with a free on-site assessment before service begins. An online estimate is not a binding offer or a contract.

Pool Help chat and Water Health Check

The chat and water-check tools generate automated answers from the text you enter. They can be wrong or incomplete. Use them as a starting point, not as a diagnosis, and confirm anything important with our team. Our Privacy Policy explains how what you enter is handled.

Pool services are covered by a separate agreement

These website terms are not a service contract. If you hire us, the services we perform, what's included, pricing, scheduling, access, billing, and cancellation are set out in the service agreement or written quote you receive from us. Statements on this site describing our service approach (for example, that we run a set weekly route and make it right if we miss a scheduled visit) describe our commitment to customers; the specific remedies available to you are those in your service agreement. Ongoing weekly service can be paused or cancelled with reasonable notice as described there.

Using the site responsibly

You agree not to:
